Terms & Conditions for E-Design:

- E-Design is an online service, therefore correspondence is only via email. 

- The turnaround for each design package is labelled on each product, we try our best to ensure you get the design work within these time frames.

- Megan Heather Interior & Garden Design will not be responsible for any construction, fabrication, delivery or installation in relation to the design project.

- We do not offer refunds once the design process has begun.

- In using the E-Design service, you understand that we have not seen all products in person therefore we cannot guarantee the quality of the product. There are times where an item may not be as described online. We will work with you case by case if this occurs to reselect another item. 

- The client agrees to provide  full and correct information regarding the requirements and existing space.
